A normal everyday person.

Hey. Here’s the skinny. The 411. The loop. I race triathlons. I run a sub 25 minute 5km. I swim 750m in less than 12 minutes. That’s not important for you to know. What is important? This. I’m just like you.

What stops us from bringing fitness into our lives?

Time? Money? Knowledge? Help? Criticism? Fear of ‘not-being-good-enough’?

If you are anything like me, and I’m letting you know you ARE, it’s likely a mish-mash of all of these things.

We have busy lives.

Work, kids, family, other hobbies, social engagements. LIFE!


I’m trying to tell you something. I hinted at it in the first paragraph.


Anyone can do what I do. A N Y O N E.

How do I know this? Because I’m just like you.


“No you’re not”, I hear you saying. “You do all that fitness-y stuff and I don’t. We aren’t the same!”

But I’m here to let you know, you’re wrong. Dead wrong.


Now, I didn’t wake up one day and go run a super fast 5km or do my first triathlon. No.

But I DID get up one day and say, “Things have got to change…and I’m the one to change them”.


Only YOU can make the decision to change your life. No-one else can make it stick. it needs to come from within YOU.

I found my reason. Together, we can find yours.
